AMCAF-TALENTCORP SYNERGY PROGRAMME: BRIDGING FIRMS AND FUTURE TALENTS

Mutiara Damansara, 16 July 2026 – In a continuous effort to empower our member firms and build a sustainable talent pipeline, AMCAF members attended an exclusive synergy and briefing session hosted by Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad at their headquarters in Mutiara Damansara.

The insightful session was specially organized by TalentCorp to introduce their innovative talent development platforms to AMCAF members. During the briefing, attendees were introduced to the mynext system, a comprehensive profiling and development platform designed to help students navigate their academic and career trajectories.

Furthermore, TalentCorp highlighted the LiKES and mySIP (Structured Internship Programme) initiatives. These platforms offer an excellent opportunity for AMCAF member firms to actively participate in shaping the future workforce by providing structured, meaningful internship placements to final-year university students.
